1. Registration runs from 12/20/2010 thru 6/17/2011.
2. Registration locations will be at Reisinger Heating, INC’s (“RHI”) Sparta location, West Salem Location or the customer’s home at the time of services.
3. The “lucky customer” will receive the equivalent (in the form of a check) of their annual home energy bills paid for By RHI as described in Rule 5A. Lucky customer will then receive 12 equal payments by the 5^th of each month commencing 1/5/2012.
4. In order for an entry to be Valid the following are necessary and must be completed.

• The entrant must be the homeowner, and over 18 years of age.
• All entries must be completely legibly and include the following:
• Name of homeowner
• Complete address (Street, City, State and Zip Code
• A valid primary phone number
• Date of Birth
• Valid email address
• Date of Entry
• The entry must be on the entry form provided by RHI.
• The form must be an original and not a copy.
• Must reside in RHI’s normal service area. (Call for explanation of coverage area)

On 6/20/2011 RHI will draw 10 finalists and 10 alternates to attend the ultimate key to comfort party at the West Salem Office of RHI @ 551 Brick Road West Salem WI 54669 July 9^th 2011 at 12:00pm CST

To be eligible for the energy bill prize all of the finalist and the alternates, must meet the following criteria..

• The entry meets the requirements of rule 4.
• The Finalist and alternates must provide RHI copies of their energy bills for their primary address for any 12 consecutive months any time between May 2009 and May 2011 on or before 5 pm CST on July 5 2011.

The collection of the energy bills is to establish the prize value for each finalist. This is to assure the potential winner will utilize energy in a responsible manner.

The finalist must be in attendance at the West Salem Office of RHI 551 Brick Road
West Salem WI 54669 July 9^th 2011 at 12:00pm CST

The nine non-winning finalists will win standard maintenance agreement from RHI.

The remaining alternates will receive a gift certificate for $50.00 to RHI.

RHI will have a monthly drawing for Perkins Restaurants gift card.

Individuals may enter the drawing by

• Entering one time by visiting any of the offices of RHI once per day per location
• Entering one time by visiting any of our home shows once per day per location
• By having an Agent of RHI tune up your home heating system (two-2 entries)
• By having RHI provide service to your home (no heating or cooling service call) (two -2 entries)
• By Purchasing an Energy Savings Agreement (five-5 entries)
• By having RHI install a heating and or cooling system in your home (ten-10 entries)

• Employees or agents of RHI or their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion
• Vendors or vendor agents of RHI are not eligible for this promotion

• By participating in this promotion you hereby authorize RHI to use your name and likeness for the purpose of advertising for up to 5 years from the close of the promotion.
